Cat and Dog

These are fun. These are the third of each, cats and dogs. Made of 20 gauge sterling silver wire.

14 Gauge Pendants

These pendants are made from 14 gauge sterling silver wire. Each is hammered and hung on an adjustable leather lace. They have been selling well at the market at $20 each.

Location: Nova Scotia, Canada

While living in Toronto I took classes at George Brown College and really liked the solderless wirework course. That was 2001. The name "virtually blind" comes from an assessment during a physical for a job with the local electric utility in Toronto. That evaluation made it very easy to impress my new bosses. I stayed 11 yrs., in various capacities. Then I cheerfully accepted an “exit package” and came home to Nova Scotia. Now I am a member of the Metal Arts Guild of Nova Scotia. I am legally blind, and just to keep it interesting, see no colour at all. My favourite colour is shiny. I can usually be found on Saturday mornings bending wire and flogging my wares at the Halifax Farmer’s Market.
